After a cooked to order breakfast at our B & B, today we will really get into the feel of Sancti Spiritus – the name of this region means “Sacred Spirit” and we will experience the spirit of this marvelous place.  We will visit the Guarabo River and have a nature walk at the farm at Hotel Maria Antonia.   Here we will truly feel what it is like to disconnect from the modern life we take for granted and we will set our intentions for moving from the old energies into the new. This afternoon and evening, our meals will be a true local treat.  (B/L/D)
