Wanted: Focused, Ambitious Business Development Team Members
You are: thrilled to be able to work with a product you can believe in with integrity; reliable, self-managed and a self-starter; amazing on the phone; fearless and fun; a terrific people-oriented business development person; able to create reports and keep your own focused hours; trainable; not afraid to speak your mind. You will work from home, with occasional in-person meetings if you are local to LA or Vegas.
You have: a completely reliable computer and internet access, along with a land line or enough cell minutes that you can be on the phone often, including long distance. A burning desire to succeed. A great personality. Your own connections or the ability to build a network quickly. At least 3 years of experience, with proven metrics of your close rate ability (ex: “I was the number one business development person 6 months running”). Note that we will consider any field, but prefer those with independent outside experience where you have built and maintained your own portfolio of clients.

FILLED & CLOSED: Social Media-loving, Detail-oriented Assistant
You are: raving to tell the world about us in any way you can: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc. You might even have used a social media aggregator such as HootSuite before. Detail-oriented, passionate, able to think on your feet. Though you will have step-by-step instructions for most of your tasks, you would also be fine if we told you, “Here’s what needs to be done – go!” You can’t wait to figure it out. You know WordPress (at least a little) and don’t mind more tedious tasks such as reposting blogs or adding photos or keywords. You have a GREAT phone personality and are terrific with customers. PR/media experience a plus, as is your ability to write.
You have: a completely reliable computer and internet access, along with a land line or enough cell minutes that you can be on the phone often, including long distance. A burning desire to succeed. A trainable mind. A warm, friendly personality.
We are: Spirit Quest Tours, a tiny, growing spiritual travel company with a need for a terrific assistant for approx. 20 hours a week to start. Willing to pay $12-15/hr. plus commissions for referrals if desired – may grow into a full-time position. Able to offer you deep travel discounts for our own unique tours. Unusual, cool, and fun, but pretty demanding of your abilities.

Enough of a feel for numbers you could be an accountant if you wanted. The ability to do financial projections. A warm, friendly personality.
