PRICING
$4,295 per person includes your full land package as indicated in the itinerary and all flights inside China. The tour is based on a minimum of just 10 persons. A payment plan is available. Deposit is $700 to hold your space – just call us at 877-406-5206 to reserve your spot; all payments due in full by August 15, 2019.
Cost is based on double occupancy; a single room supplement is $1005.
Departure taxes, security and fuel surcharges are subject to changes without notice.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
Economy Class Airfare – all in-country airfare.
Transfers and Sightseeing – by deluxe motor coach, as specified in itinerary; all admissions and entrance fees to places visited as per the itinerary.
Hotel Accommodation – room accommodations are provided at the hotels indicated, in deluxe/garden view category, unless an upgrade is indicated. Accommodations are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room or (for couples) king bed, with private bath.
Roommates/Single Supplements – Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement of $1050 per person. Spirit Quest will provide roommates wherever possible, upon request. If no roommate is available when tour closes, guest will be required to pay a single supplement, so guests are strongly encouraged to sign up with their own roommates (and may receive a referral fee per person).
Tips and Taxes – all local taxes and tips on room accommodations, porterage and meals are included in the cost of the tour, except airport taxes and gratuities to local guides.

TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
International Airfare, tipping of local guides or drivers ($10/day suggested, all-inclusive) documentation costs, Entrance or exit visa charges, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, beverages not on the menu of table d’hôte meals, optional tours and activities specified herein or not specifically included in the itinerary, laundry, other insurance, or any other item of a personal nature not specifically mentioned herein.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All travelers need a passport valid for at least twelve months after the date of entering the country. Holders of American Passports are required to obtain visas IN ADVANCE to visit China (see VISAS below)
VISAS
Please note: You MUST HAVE A VISA PRIOR TO ENTERING CHINA. Your must also have a passport that DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF July 12, 2012. It must have at least ONE BLANK PAGE (not including the last 3 pages of the passport). YOU MUST SEND YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT IN TO APPLY FOR A VISA (unless you visit a Chinese Consulate office yourself and get your visa there). It is safe to do so, as long as you use a good overnight service, with tracking.
The visa fee is $130, plus the cost to ship your visa and passport back to you. Click here to use CSCA, a service which charges only $23 to process this visa for you, if there is no consulate near you.
CANCELLATION
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION, EXCEPT AS NOTED: AT LEAST 120 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, DEPOSITS ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE, LESS A $250 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE, AT LEAST 61 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE RECEIVE A 50% REFUND. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF TRAVEL, AFTER WHICH NO REFUNDS SHALL BE ISSUED – WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE TO GUARD AGAINST THE POSSIBILITY OF CANCELLATION.
BAGGAGE
Between North America and Asian destinations, each passenger is allowed two pieces of checked baggage. Please check with your own airline for the specific size restrictions.
RESPONSIBILITY
Spirit Quest Tours has made arrangements for the tour services described in this brochure. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Spirit Quest Tours. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or our booking agent, CTS, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied.
By agreeing to utilize the services of Spirit Quest Tours, the tour participant agrees that neither Spirit Quest Tours, CTS, or its affiliates nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of Spirit Quest Tours, CTS, or its affiliates, or its or their employees or agents, or shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from:
1. the act or omission on the part of any person from Spirit Quest Tours, CTS or its employees;
2. acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical break-down, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond Spirit Quest Tours’ or CTS’ direct control.
No person, other than a representative of Spirit Quest Tours or CTS, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
Written notice of any claim against Spirit Quest Tours must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant.
Although every effort will be made to deliver the trip exactly as in the itinerary, all terms and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations and rates are subject to change without notice.
