Here’s where you can find everything you need to know about being an ambassador!

 I’m Halle Eavelyn, co-founder and Managing Director of Spirit Quest Tours, and I’m here to make sure you have all your questions answered and that you have all the help you need.

Start Here!

1. You’ll need to click on the original email you received to see your unique Ambassador ID. Can’t find it? E-mail me and request your ID again.
2.  Please read over the DETAILS page carefully! It explains everything you need to get set up!  When logging into the back office, please remember it’s only a reporting tool for your commissions and a repository for the materials you need (and we have no control over the visual display) so just get in, get what you need, and get on out!
3. Over the next few weeks, you’ll be receiving several emails with more details about how our wonderful program works.  Meanwhile, please check out our videos below, review our flyers (below that) and spend some time in your back office downloading materials, too!

Troubleshooting

When I log in to my affiliate center, it looks weird (or blank, or I get a long list of things that don’t make sense to me). What’s up?

While the Affiliate Center looks just GORGEOUS in Google Chrome and even in Internet Explorer, it doesn’t seem to be compatible with some versions of Firefox on both Mac & PC.  Please download Chrome and install it, which is a piece of cake!  (Plus you’ll be able to use those really cool Google Hangouts!)

Why won’t my email service allow me to send email with my bit.ly shortlink?

Sometimes, email can be incorrectly identified by mail servers as spam, and if it has your shortlink in it, that might cause a problem, especially if you are sending out to an email list.  This is a known problem in iContact, for example. To avoid this problem, copy and paste your full unique link from the Ambassador affiliate center into email when you are sending from your email program.

Can’t find your full ambassador link?

Copy and paste your bit.ly shortlink into a new window, and wait for it to redirect to your full ID. Then copy and paste that into your email and you’re all set!
